Step Three: Complete Your Profile

After you have completed step two we are already reviewing your case and gathering materials. We only required that you provide an email address so far, unless you specified in earlier steps any other contact details we may rely on email to get in touch with you initially, however at some point we do require at least an initial live conference be it in person, by phone, or online, to get started on any project.* Our first meeting usually consists of meeting by phone and then with the assistance of conference software we can enable a screen-sharing session complete with webcam face-to-face time. We ask that you provide any details in regards to your communication preferences, along with any contact data which may help us reach you better. Please do not hesitate to fill us in on anything and everything, we’re always keeping track or our clients and often play the role of technical assistant for the most challenging cases.
